The arrangement was very nice however the customer service was absolutely terrible. I called to ask for an ETA on my delivery and the lady sounded so annoyed and said “did you order something ?!” Well, obviously I did. She continues to say “I don’t know a time but your order is still in my store and my drivers are busy right now, I don’t know what to tell you” so I asked if my order would be delivered for the day it’s scheduled and she said “I don’t know!!! Idk what you want me to say ?!? Just wait !” She was the rudest person I ever talked to. All I wanted to know was a possible ETA, and she chewed my head off for no reason. And for that reason alone, I will NEVER purchase from them again. It’s sad because I was going to inquire about arrangements for a wedding but I’d rather pick flowers myself then deal with that rude lady ever again.
