The best way to order flowers is to let us create a bouquet using the freshest seasonal flowers we have in stock. You can specify if you would like colorful, pastels, or all white. You can also let us know if you want tall or short and compact. You can also leave it entirely up to us. If you do have specifics please insert them into the special instructions.

Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Guaranteed Pre-Service Arrival: We understand the deeply time-sensitive nature of sympathy and funeral arrangements. All orders destined for funeral viewings, memorial services, or celebration-of-life events are strictly scheduled to arrive safely before the service start time.
Note: Please ensure you provide the exact service start time and the name of the deceased when placing your order.

Recipient Contact Requirement: For deliveries heading into gated communities, private estates, or high-security buildings, our drivers require authorized access.
Our Process: We will proactively call the recipient ahead of time to confirm they are available or to secure the necessary gate codes/clearance. To prevent delays, please ensure a valid phone number for the recipient is provided at checkout.
